So about 80% of the games i join are just empty channels, with bots waiting for players. So here we have probably 100-500 bots, trying to host games, while maybe just a similar number of players sift through games.
That aside, I think the biggest issue with wc3 RIGHT NOW is that the bots vastly outnumber the players. shit its really just some port forwarding, and done. But in all honesty, hosting in wc3 is an incredibly simple thing to do.
I totally understand the concept of the host bot, some people can't host, and they wanna play a good game. I am starting to wonder if there is a way to appeal to the people who are throwing up all the host bots in wc3, and see if maybe we can just cut down on the number of bots they run.
